Silver Law Group Investigates Former Law Vegas Broker Over Recent Cocaine-related Criminal Charges

Ameritas Investment Broker Nathan Silva Permanently Barred by FINRA on silverlaw.comSilver Law Group is investigating former PFS Investments Inc. (CRD# 10111) Charles Little (CRD# 2632450) for felony criminal charges involving cocaine.

According to Little’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, Little was charged with five felony criminal charges on February 19, 2015.  The charges are all drug-related, including selling and trafficking cocaine.

Upon discovering the felony cocaine charges, PFS discharged Little in May 2015, according to the FINRA BrokerCheck report.  When Little failed to responded to FINRA’s request for information, FINRA permanently barred Little.

The criminal charges, discharge, and permanent bar are not the only thing on Little’s BroekrCheck report.  Little has judgments/liens totaling over $100,000.  Most of the judgments/liens come from tax liens.  The six judgment/liens came in 2004, 2007, 2008, and 2010.

Little worked his entire 19-years career at PFS in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Little’s BrokerCheck report does not necessarily point to broker fraud, but they are nonetheless troubling.  It is unknown whether the charges are true or if they affected his customers, but, if true, the issues could have affected his customers rather than ran parallel to them.

Trouble paying taxes, though, can be an indicator of a broker not proficient in his or her trade.  How can a broker handle your money if he cannot handle his own?  Such financial stress can also potentially drive a broker to act in a particular manner and push higher commission products that may not be suitable for his or her customers – maybe even sell and traffic cocaine.

If you have invested with Charles Little and PFS Investments Inc. and have lost money doing so, you may be able to recover some or all of your losses.  Our lawyers are experienced in recovering investor losses due to broker and brokerage firm misconduct through FINRA arbitration.
