Ryan A. Schwamm is an attorney at Silver Law Group, a nationally recognized law firm representing investors worldwide to recover their investment losses. Ryan focuses his practice on securities fraud, elder financial fraud, Ponzi schemes, and other investment fraud matters including whistleblower and receivership actions.
Since joining the firm in 2019, Ryan has worked on cases before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the National Futures Association (NFA), JAMS, and state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Silver Law Group, Ryan clerked at a boutique personal injury law firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and then in the commercial litigation practice group of one of the country’s top large law firms.
Ryan graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy.
In law school, Ryan gained invaluable experience as a member of the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team. During his time on the team, Ryan traveled to international competitions in Shanghai and Hong Kong and was awarded Best Oralist and Honorable Mention for Best Oral Advocate, respectively.
Ryan also spent a semester working as a Certified Legal Intern in the University of Florida Levin College of Law’s Virgil D. Hawkins Family Advocacy Legal Clinic. There, Ryan gained hands on experience advocating for local indigent clients in Circuit Court proceedings concerning family law matters.
Ryan is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association.
